I believe in what I do… bringing myself and others back to the basics of what I know to be true.
The second most important task is getting the diet right. For me that includes fasting a little every day. Whether it’s the recommended 18 to 21 hours of Intermittent Fasting or something a little less ambitious. And eating well during during that 6-hour window.
Establishing these powerful rituals are your best chance for a long healthy life. Be proactive while you can. The rest comes down to proper rest. Not too much, or too little . And being happy. Appreciating the mystical gifts of the universe . And the beautiful friendships.
We’re back at Personal Training Thurs April 12. And Yoga on the 13th. And Abs Saturday 14.
