Don’t let turning on the computer be the only exercise you get. And end up a toxic cesspool of stagnant energy. Do classes, hire a personal trainer at least until you can workout on your own efficiently and safely.

Make love whilst swinging from a chandelier if you like. There’s more ways than one to burn the prerequisite calories.  Give the body what it needs to thrive, and the body gives back with enduring vibrancy and sometimes even joy.

The real talent is somehow oblivious to the pressure. It’s just another day at the pond. The world is full of possibility. The game plan doesn’t deter their freedom.

Just watch Ovechkin. Standing on one leg in his spot with arms hanging limply down like he’s playing street hockey. But when he blasts the puck, or streaks for a breakaway, he has a whole other level.

Working Out With Your Family

Working out with loved ones, or even just friends and acquaintances, is a beautiful way to be supportive and achieve consistency in your workout. Have this in common with a special person!

It’s a more constructive way of bonding than drinking in bar. Although that’s nice too :) Believe me, you’ll enjoy your vices more after a decent workout.

I train, or train with, my whole family. My kids, partner, brother, mother, many wonderful friends… And nobody is more consistent than me. 6 fully participatory classes a week, and 12 hours of skating.

Make exercise a central pillar of your lifestyle. And instill those values in your kids, parents, just by doing something that makes you feel, look better while improving longevity and quality of life.
