Circuit Training is a one-size-fits all set of exercises, which involves hopping from one station or machine to the next.
It’s a good access point for newbies. And often appeals to people who have been restricted to one discipline. like say spin only, or only yoga. And recognize a need to expand their repertoire.
Although useful for a period of time the results are superficial. It’s viable as a precursor to a more impactful personalized workout strategy.
