Out-living the competition isn’t a bad strategy.

Superior endurance is critical to success. Elevating your game while everyone around you is dying. So much of that is fitness. And the positive healthy perspective you get from honest daily exercise and an active lifestyle.

Great athletes always seem to have this extra gear when it counts. It’s a passion to win, even if you’re only competing with yourself. Why not embrace the process?

Start with training all-the-right-places.. at Weight-lifting Tuesdays, Friday Nite Yoga, Saturday Abs.

A Game Changer

Sooner or later you come to the Bench Press. The transformative power of the Bench Press is profound.

It does wonders for the entire upper body. If you’re a man there’s nothing more impressive than well developed pecs. And for women it lifts and separates and produces real definition in the shoulders and arms.

Say good-bye to the Hi Helens. Those floppy triceps are decimated. The bis, tris, delts, pecs are impacted like never before. With just a few consecutive workouts you see the difference, and the compliments start flowing. People notice.

What most people don’t know is how advantageous it is to the respiratory system . The pecs sit atop the lungs and the heart, in close proximity.  Working these muscles forces oxygen into the deepest darkest depths of the lunges.

Breath better. Come to Weight Lifting Tuesdays, tonight. And do 5  sets of bench along with 5 sets of squats. Among other things.

Use It Or Loose It

Don’t blame everything on getting old.

You can stay in amazing shape as you age. With all the parts working with perfect efficiency.  Better even, by far sometimes, than when you were much younger. As long as you do the work regularly.

And you can look good in your underwear too.

But it’s true you turn to crap a lot sooner if you do nothing.  The degenerative process is distinctly more rapid.

The best way to start (or accelerate your progress) is work with a personal trainer, in my opinion. Who can prepare you for the advanced weekly classes at Panacea Studio.
