Approximately once a month you come to me. I evaluate your conditioning: take your weight, body-fat percentage, waist and other measurements, put a heart-rate monitor on you and test the strength and endurance of your heart .

The session starts out as a fitness evaluation. But morphs into the designated workout program you’ll be doing for the next month. It targets your highest priority.
Whether it be weight-loss, fixing physical issues such as backs and knees, eradicating saddle-bags, giving yourself real girth in just the right places. For health, and for vanity.
