We offer 3 types of classes. All of which are unique to Panacea Studio, and filling a void that no gym offers.

Heavy Lifting Tuesdays is the most visually impact-ful, the sexiest, of any class anywhere, that I know of. It consists of 6 sets of bench press, for developing the upper body; 6 sets of squats, for sculpting and defining the butt and legs. And the 3rd station involves a little personal training, working on whatever the individual most requires.
It might be a good ideal to take a long, hot, salt-water bath the next day.
Saturday Abs will make your mid-section sore for days. And has been successful from the start. Who doesn’t want to flatten their gut? It’s all about the mid-section, strengthening the obliques and lower and upper back. And includes 3 sets of squats.

Friday night yoga is another vital component. By holding poses longer, and repetition of certain positions which provide profound results, my Yogic Stretching Drills will leave you feeling amazing the next day. I alternate with Ian, who brings a freshness and depth of experience to every class.
What really makes Panacea special is you. The people who attend. All classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes, and include a delicious and health smoothie. The room is warm and intimate, with a 13-matt capacity.
