Working out smart is the best and only way to fix most injuries. Somewhere between challenging the jury, and re-injury (which you definitely don’t want to do), there is a window of opportunity to facilitate your recovery.
This can seem counter-intuitive. Only by going toward the very thing you want to avoid can you work the problem out of your system. Therefore, you start out very delicately.
Simple. Stretch and strengthen the muscles around the injury, and the joint itself. And stretch and strengthen the rest of your body too. You’ll know when you’re making good headway. And that nagging injury will soon become ancient history.
