Real Wealth

You’re body is the most important real estate you own. Without your body, your life, all the money and property in the world isn’t going to help you. In the end as in the beginning, health is the only form of wealth that really matters.

I believe exercise is the best chance you’ve got. Greens protect you against cancer. It is the green in greens, which is chlorophyll. Cancer grows in an acidic body.  Chlorophyll makes your body alkaline.

Even doctors tell people with stomach cancer to take chlorophyll. In whatever form you like. Wheat grass was once the thing. Blue-green algae. My family and I are using Vital Greens from the health food store at the moment.

Chlorophll counteracts our highly acidic diet and lifestyle. Alcohol is acidic, coffee, meat. Most of what we eat and drink. Chlorophyll balances out the chemical composition of our bodies, making it difficult for cancer to get a foothold.

It makes your poop green. And that’s a beautiful thing.

Peter’s Diet

Try this diet. It’s simple, pragmatic, and highly effective. And it’s the healthiest option around.

You get one full balanced meal a day. It can be what you want but not something stupid like lasagna or pizza.

image1For example, I might have the delicious sizzling plate at the Vietnamese restaurant next door. It’s vegetables and fish in a sauce with rice.

The only meal of the day is ideally between noon and 3 but make it work with your schedule and lifestyle.

Before and after you can have all the fruit and raw vegetables you want, including 1 or 2 avocados, smoothie. Fill up on whatever raw unsalted nuts you like.

Essentially, this is the raw food diet modified for the average person. Don’t screw up first thing in the morning or late at night. If you have a big breakfast you’ll be starving by lunch. And if you pig out before going to bed you’ll never loose weight.

And don’t miss yoga and abs. And that’s an order damn it!
