Kids’ WORKOUT On PD Day

Brace yourself… the kids are home Nov 14th.

Help your kids expend their restless energy, and give them a break from Play Stations and X Boxes. Teach them the value of exercise and group classes. Here is an invaluable gift you can give your child or grandchild.

Watching over is my wife, Maritere, and myself. We’ll be putting them through their paces, and a serving delicious and healthy smoothie popsicle.

There will be non-weight-bearing exercises, martial arts training, pushups, squats, hand-skills on a stick-handling board for the hockey inclined, plank contest, etc…  We send them home quiet and contentedly exhausted:)

Kids need this. They need to know the fun of it. The necessity of it for their very survival. Because they’re not getting the fresh air and calorie-burn we got when we were their age, roving the neighbourhood all day.

Save this generation of children. Teach them the benefit of group classes, and the joy of physical fitness.

The PM agrees. All kids workouts are fully tax deductible.

Please contact us ASAP as space is limited.
$15 per child
Friday, Nov. 14th @ 10-11:30 am

Ciao, Pietro

The Importance Of Doing Squats

Squats are thee most important exercise you can do.

Without them, your connection to the earth, and your mobility, becomes increasingly fragile, compromised. Senors are vulnerable to falls due to gaining a few pounds. And from the inevitable atrophying of the quadriceps, hamstrings, and gluts that occurs with people who don’t consciously work these large and vital muscle-masses.

With them, you are grounded, stable, confident. Someone bumps into you, you smile. You’re not a disaster waiting to happen.

Men, as they age, tend to get skinny legs, and loose their butt. Women tend to get big in the butt. The antidote for both sexes is the same, squats.

Especially hockey players have no future in the game without doing squats. You simply won’t survive at the higher level. You won’t have the skating power, and you’ll get knocked over too easily.

So do your squats twice a week! Old and young!

We do them at every Abs class. At every Hockey Yoga class. The benefits are profound. Come join us. At $6 a class, including a delicious smoothie, it really is the best deal in town.

Ciao, Pietro
