Hypnotize Yourself

Done the least. And required the most. Abs are the most neglected body part on the planet. Just look around, and at yourself, to recognize the consequences.

The mid-section thickens with each passing decade. But it doesn’t have to. Why isn’t it the number one priority of anyone over 40, or under for that matter?

It’s a lot of hard work. It ┬ábecomes your most consistent meditation. Along the way you’re working your heart, just like riding a bike; you’re working your chest, your back; you’re carving out your obliques, hammering them out on my anvil.

You’ll look better in your clothes. And out of them.
