Cost matters to me. I’m sure it matters to most people.
In an ideal world, you’d eat nothing but organic and fresh catch. But we have to make the best of available options, and cost does factor in.
If you’re going to splurge, make sure it’s worth your while.
I feed a lot of people. I don’t believe it’s necessary to spend a ton of money. In the produce section, be open to what just looks good for a deal. The best chefs are opportunists. The most inspired dishes have an element of spontaneity.
With food prices soaring, try curbing the habit of making too much, and throwing stuff in the garbage (I’m talking to myself here). Take a second to evaluate the amount so nothing gets wasted.
As personal trainer I’m a working man. And I like to keep my overhead down. Because I work out of my studio instead of a gym, I don’t have to give the house %50. I split the difference with you. And even include an exemplary meal.
A trainer should provide a service affordable over the long-haul.
Hope to see you out for hot yoga on Wednesday night, or Core N Stretch Saturday mornings starting Thanksgiving weekend, October 8.
Later mi amigas and amigos. Ciao, Pietro
